Israel shook the world when it struck the heart of Doha, obliterating Hamas leaders who believed Qatar’s royal protection made them invincible. The message was unmistakable. There will be no sanctuary for those who plot the murder of Jews. In Israel people celebrated a rare moment of justice. In Canada people were forced to watch their Prime Minister disgrace himself on the world stage.
Mark Carney, the man who pretends to be a global statesman, could not hide his contempt for the Jewish state. Instead of praising Israel for erasing killers he condemned the victims. He offered sympathy not for the families who were butchered on October 7th or for the hostages still in terror dungeons but for the Hamas commanders sipping tea in Doha. His words dripped with weakness and cowardice. “Carney’s condemnation is shameful,” said Rachel Klein of Montreal. “He has chosen the side of terror. He has shown Jewish Canadians that our pain means nothing to him.”
Carney built his career lecturing others about economics but when it comes to morality he is bankrupt. He claims to stand for human rights yet when terrorists are struck down he cries foul. He claims to defend democracy yet he scolds the only democracy in the Middle East. He claims to lead yet in truth he follows the same chorus of apologists who excuse Hamas atrocities. “Mark Carney has made himself irrelevant on the world stage,” said Toronto businessman Alan Weiss. “The only people who cheer him are the mobs waving Hamas flags in Canadian streets.”
Israel acted because Qatar has for years bankrolled terror and given Hamas leaders safe haven. That reality is undeniable. By condemning Israel Carney has effectively defended Qatar. He has defended the luxury suites where murder is plotted. He has defended the blood money that fuels rockets and kidnappings. He has defended the killers. Jewish Canadians are horrified. “My family has lived here for generations but I have never felt so abandoned,” said Montreal mother Miriam Cohen. “Israel does what Canada would do if we were under attack. Our Prime Minister calls it wrong. That is betrayal.”
Conservatives have made their stance clear. They stand with Israel. They stand with justice. Carney stands with terror and he does so proudly. Universities echo his cowardice, mobs roar his message and Jewish children are left afraid to walk to school. This is the Canada Mark Carney is building.
Israel’s strike proved that Hamas leaders cannot hide forever. Canada’s Prime Minister proved that some leaders will always take the wrong side. History will remember Israel’s courage. History will remember Carney’s shame.
