The new report is a slap in the face. Jewish life is collapsing, Israel is bleeding people, and the world is laughing. The Annual Assessment of the Jewish People 2025 doesn’t dress it up. It lays it out plain. The future looks bleak.
More Jews are leaving Israel than coming in. That is the fact. Immigration is crawling. Emigration is roaring. Israelis are walking away from the one place that was supposed to be home. This is not the ingathering of exiles. This is the unraveling of the dream.
The unity after October 7 is dead. It lasted weeks. Now the divisions are worse than ever. Israelis don’t trust their leaders. The government is weak and paralyzed. Diaspora Jews are pulling back. In America, young Jews are turning away. Some are even marching with the mobs that scream for Israel’s destruction. That is betrayal.
Antisemitism is exploding. The report makes it clear. Jews attacked in the streets. Synagogues smashed. Students hunted on campuses. Online mobs spew hate every day. At the same time governments hand a prize to terror by recognizing a Palestinian state. International courts rush to drag Israeli leaders into the dock while ignoring Hamas war crimes. The message is clear. Jewish blood is cheap. Jewish survival does not matter.
America cannot be counted on forever. The weapons flow today. The speeches get made. But the cracks are showing. Inside the Democratic Party an anti Zionist wing is rising. Young Americans are swallowing propaganda whole. The bipartisan firewall is breaking down. When it collapses Israel will stand alone.
The recommendations in the report sound like desperation. Make a plan for Gaza. End the corrupt system that lets some dodge the draft while others die. Build a global fight against antisemitism. Reconnect with Diaspora Jews before they are gone. Stop Israelis from leaving before the country is hollowed out.
This is not a polite warning. This is an alarm bell. The Jewish people are being told the house is on fire. Either leadership steps up now or we face decline and defeat. Survival or collapse. The choice is now.
